ESPN’s Gasparilla Bowl
ESPN’s Gasparilla Bowl came to us looking for a fresh new hype video to promote the post-season college football game played in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' home stadium at Raymond James. The challenge was to promote the event without showing any specific teams. Our solution was to create an engaging and high energy story that featured a treasure hunt, a football player, and pirates, all while highlighting the excitement of the Gasparilla Festival in the Tampa area and the pageantry of college football.
Along with the main brand video, Beach Lion also created secondary videos to promote ticket sale dates, a creative look that was successfully implemented on their print, digital, social media channels, and in-game presentation, and captured footage and photography of all the game week and gameday action.
